30 Loreto Altrincham girls and 5 staff members make up the Loreto 2015 team. On 11th July 2015 we will be flying out to Calcutta,India for 2 weeks.Over the course of 2 weeks we will be volunteering in 3 Loreto schools, Bowbazar, Sealdah and Entally. We will be helping and teaching the rainbow children. The rainbow children are street children who the sisters take in, care and provide for . The money raised will be given to Loreto House who will distribute the money where it feels is necessary and beneficial.
There will be many fundraising events over the course of the year, such as a 'University Challange', India night, and much more. Students will be taking part in the 'Colour Run' and would greatly appreciate all the support possible.
Finally a huge thank you. I know that this will be an incredible opportunity and every sum of money will make a difference however great or small. We are so grateful for all of the support!!
