It is our mission at Piney Grove Boys Academy to prepare young boys academically, spiritually, physically, and socially, with a true knowledge of God through study and service, thereby preparing them to become productive and effective citizens for this world and the New World to come.
The purpose of this fundraiser is to assist less fortunate families who have the desire for their young boys to attend our institution yet lack the funding. Your donation will help defray the cost of tuition, uniforms, and meals for young men as they strive to become successful citizens.
This is history! This is the first all boys private school in Broward County. We are here to help change the stereotypes about males. They say we are lazy, not committed, and a dying breed. We are here to stay and need your financial support to make sure that happens. How will you leave you mark on a young man's future.
This is tomorrow's future. Do your part and make sure it is a bright one by sponsoring a kid.
Teach a boy good habits and he will become a man with great habits. Preparing for success doesn't just happen in the classroom but also in life skills. We teach our 3rd graders and up how to tie their own ties. One day they will teach a younger male the same skill and the cycle of how to raise a boy into a man will start again.
Here is a proud parent volunteer making sure that our boys look like young men before school by providing free haircuts.
Taking 6th and 7th graders to college expo. Preparing them for the future is the key. We were the only group of young men there. Not only was the black male poorly represented, but males in particular were not in the building. The boys drew a lot of attention by showing up in their school uniforms and asking intelligent questions. All the colleges were very impressed and 3 schools offered my graduating class scholarships due to their lack of male representation at their colleges. Colleges have been complaining that males come to their schools unprepared, unmotivated, and immature. We try to prepare all of our boys for college starting as early as 4th grade.
