Home Repairs for Elderly Couple

I have to say thank you first off for even taking the time to read my plight. I moved in with my elderly parents a while back, while my husband took care of his dying folks. God rest their souls. I have been doing my best trying to fix up the home they have lived in almost 30 years. They have given to others their whole lives and never done for themselves and now in their time of need…I just do not have the funds for the two major items that could cost them that very home. They need a new roof in the worst way as you can see. The last heavy rain brought down the ceiling in one of their back rooms and several leaks broke out. The wiring scares me so bad that I fear a fire could break out at any time and they could lose all…and the fear of me not being hear in the event of that happening is too much to think about. My mother is in a wheel chair and my daddy is disable. I’m an independent author that hasn’t met the masses and haven’t made near enough to do the repairs that they need so very much. The cost doubles what I ask for and I wish I didn’t even have to ask for the help that I am. But, I do not think this house will withstand much more. There are two main beams broken down in the attic and it can been seen in the photo. My folks ask for nothing and have no idea that I ask now. I cannot do this on my own….however, I will if it is the last thing that I do! I sure can’t wait to become famous and make the money..LOL Words could not explain how grateful I would be if I could get the help my folks so badly need to have a safe home for their finally years in this world.
