Peter Blake Memorial Fund

On Tuesday, May 15th  in Louisville, KY, Peter (Pete) Blake was suddenly taken too soon. Pete was only 47.

Pete was an adoring father, avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and  University of Michigan, and a loyal Humana employee for the last 12 years.

He leaves behind his beautiful wife (Beth), a multitude of family and friends, but most heartbreaking - he leaves behind his vibrant young children (Nathan and Hope).

The financial burden of losing a loved one suddenly can be great.
We're hoping this memorial fund can help ease some of that burden.

While there is nothing we can do to help ease the heart break of this family, this memorial fund can help care for Pete's children - through covered education expenses, and other necessities that come with raising young children. Any donation is appreciated (and nothing is too small).

Note: Beth Blake will be the beneficiary of the funds on behalf of their children, Nathan and Hope.
