Fifa (Kitty's) Memorial Care Fund

This poor kitty and his family are going through a really traumatic time so please show your support and restore my faith in human kindness after this horrific tale!

Fifa is a five year old friendly and gentle little soul.  A stay at home cat who is much loved by his human owners, brothers and sister.  They knew something was wrong when he went missing for a couple of days.

This morning should have brought happiness as he returned home but there are grave concerns for his health since he made his way home extremely unwell with severe breathing difficulties and visible swelling to his little face, neck and body.

It was only after a number of hours with a local veterinarian service and multiple checks for internal bleeding (initially from a suspected car collision or snake bite) that an xray has revealed that Fifa actually has a bullet in his throat!

Fifa has had to be put in an induced coma in the hope that the swelling in his throat and mouth will subside sufficiently for him to be able to breathe and the vets to remove the object.  He will need to stay at the vets for at least 48hours and the costs of his treatment will be significant to his family.

His family are a kind and caring group of people who are going through enough trauma seeing what their little fur baby is going through without having to meet these costs alone. 

I'm appealing to our community and all animal lovers (who undoubtedly would be horrified at the thought of someone shooting your pet). 

We can't ease the pain little Fifa or his family are experiencing but we can contribute whatever small amount possible to help ease this financial load which has occured at the hands of a sick minded individual!
