Send Rev Films to Campus Movie Fest

Hi!
My name is Candace and I am a film student in college. I have dreams that are bigger than my hair (so pretty big). I aspire to be a filmmaker and own my own independent film company. That's a lot right?
But...
I'm taking things step by step and one of my steps is by submitting my films into student film festivals. I also took it a step further and established my aspiring film group called Rev Films.
This past November I submitted a film into a student film competition called Campus Movie Fest. I submitted my film just to say I at least tried but I was surprised by how far this film went. My film made top four at my university and it's moving onto compete nationally!
I've been invited to go to Hollywood, CA to see my movie premiere and compete with other student films!
The catch is, I and my friends have to pay our own way to get to California, right along with paying for hotel reservations, a rental car, and other expenses. We're college students so... naturally, we don't have that kind of money lounging around.

This isn't just for me but for my group of friends too who have been supportive with my filmmaking. My friend Kevin would like to go to California to broaden his photography portfolio. My friend Drexyn is an aspiring actress and would like to audition for agencies in California and my friend Juan is interested in working on architecture projects for school while we're there.
I'm really excited and very happy about the progress of my film and I also am thankful for everyone who made this possible.
Also, I've attached my film so you can watch! My film is called "For the Girls" and it's a spoken word piece that tackles societal beauty standards and conquering negative body image. I've struggled with my body image for years, so much that it sent me into depression so this film means a lot to me and I know it would matter to other girls as well.
