Homes for the Holidays

Project Community Connections, Inc. (PCCI) specializes in connecting veterans, families, and individuals experiencing homelessness with permanent housing and connections to mainstream resources.
The majority of veterans and families are coming from shelters and off the street. Many clients do not have furniture, dishes, basic supplies or the means to furnish their new home with these items. We currently are fundraising for our Homes for the Holiday Fund. Through the Holiday Fund, these households would be given move-in kits that include essentials needed to live at a minimum level of comfort such as pots and pans, dishes, towels, and trash bags. The Holiday Fund would also assist families with purchasing items such as coats, shoes, furniture, and bedding during this holiday season. Your donation could be the difference between a family sleeping on the floor or in beds. Although these items may seem small, they make a world of a difference in restoring dignity, pride, and a sense of ownership to our clients.
