I am priviously sole custody father who granted Joint Custody to the mom and was reworded by being acused of child abuse. More than two years have gone by of constant litigation over the abuse issue all while my son and I have been kept from seeing each other.                                                                          Now, Judge says, you have never abused your son, as evidence of this fact you have joint custody again. Sorry that your son does not want to see you now.                                                          My son has gone from supper acheiver living with me to all F's in three differant schools in the last six months.
I must make sure the Gaudian ad litem who fabricated this mess of lying to the court and witness tampering, can never do this to another child.
