Paternity Test/Court/Attorney Fee

Thank you for your interest. My son is in need of help to get paternity established for his Twin 6 year old children as mother did not note him as father when they were born. Our family has been in children's life for last 5 1/2 years keeping them every other weekend and son giving mom money. The mother started to avoid our contact end of last spring with the arrival of a great-grandson into our side of family. She began to act funny after a while and stopped responding to our attempts to contact her with only one interaction being we were invited to children's graduation from pre-school in June and has provided only excuses since for why they could not come over. As of end of Summer, she moved the twins to FL after living with her father for last 5 years, but told my son he that now the reason why he could not see the twins because he lives with me as if he is being irresponsible. He has no desire to cause issues so he has patiently waited for her to communicate sparingly over these months. She has another younger daughter who is a child deserted by her father and even though best for child, we believe that the Mom is trying to create an equal environment for all children (fatherless) through the alienation we have experienced over the last 9 months. And possibly also making it so her boyfriend can play father to them all. The main reason for their move is to distance her boyfriend from our area due to his avoiding charges for heroin by setting others up to be caught. He also is a convicted felon for other drug charges. We need to act quickly at this point since it has been made clear she will not communicate any longer. We are devastated by the realization of this all. We have address where the children are and need to get paternity established so that we can have our rightful connection with them back in place and not continue to be alienated by this mother.
