I'm doing my final campaign of fund raising for my pastry career! I'm trying to get myself to Pastry Camp at The French Pastry School at the end of June.

I began my love for baking while I was working overnight for a company called Au Bon Pain (similar to Panera bread).
As I've grown into my baker self, I sought out other employment to help further my career. I have switched to a part time job at a local 'fresh market'. I have more time to bake and learn and read recipes, but I hit quite a few frustrating road blocks and I really need to get further instruction.
I have a passion for baking, more than I knew was possible. Life has given me the opportunity to have the time for baking, but not the finances to do so!
With my endeavors I know I can get, not just a job doing what I love, but a career, and the ability to share the joy of living life.
