Shane McLoughlin - 42 Years Old
In 2001, Shane got kicked by an Animal which had Gangreen and ended up losing his limb after 56 operations in 2012. Since then, Shane has joined up with the IWA - Irish Wheelchair Association and is now competing in Ireland and Overseas in Shotputt and Discus. Shane was recently out in Tunisia at the Grand Prix and was very successful in his International Debut. The next competetion is in Berlin, Germany in June. We are hoping to fundraise as much as we can to help Shane on his journey abroad and to obtain his dream of getting to the europeans in 2016 and Rio Di Janeiro for the Paralympic Games in October 2016. Any small donation would be greatly appreciated as this for us, is a very special cause.
