An INTERNATIONAL APPEAL on behalf of Prophecy Academy, Inc. (PAI):

Prophecy Academy, Inc.'s  teachers, students & community members are rallying together to help save her from closing her doors, at the end of this school year.

Prophecy Academy, Inc. is located on the beautiful island of the US Virgin Islands, which is only 2 and 1/2 hours away from Miami, Florida, and 30 minutes away from Puerto Rico.

PAI has forged a Caribbean connection with Puerto Rico for the last 4 years, taking its 8th grade (Promotional) class to Puerto Rico for 5 days.  During that time, we engaged in cultural experiences, visited the major landmarks (El Yunque Rainforest & El Capitolio), and attended graduation exercises.  

The mission of PAI is, To develop "Children of Issachar" who KNOW THE TIMES, and what they OUGHT TO DO.  The student body is made up of children 2 years old through 8th grade and the number of children, who have come through her doors, are in the thousands.

Each year, a theme is selected, in order to help the school focus on accomplishing excellent success.  Last year's theme was: "You're Worth More Than Gold" and this year, we have been proclaiming, "I Know Who I Am". Our children are valued above all that means anything to us.  

PAI, a Christian school, opened her doors on Monday, August 31, 1981, with 7 students (Kindergarten and 1st grade).  She struggled against many obstacles, but because of her mission, continued to progress.  Within the 1st 5 years, the enrollment rose to 70+ students.  By 1995, the enrollment topped at 215 students.  Within this decade, enrollment began to decrease as the economic climate changed.  Today, she is 33 years old and again faces great challenges.  We believe that if you were aware of this potential "gold mine" you would desire to invest in the future of her children. 

FINANCIAL SITUATION ~ We have kept tuition low, in order for all children to have an opportunity to benefit from attending PAI.  Two scholarships were put in place to aid parents in this mission.  The global economic crisis has reduced our enrollment, as parents struggle to pay their child(ren)'s tuition.
CONTRIBUTION BREAK-DOWN ~ We can meet our goal with the following:

♥ 100 contributors @ $1500 each = $150,000
♥ 250 contributors @ $600 each = $150,000
♥ 500 contributors @ $300 each = $150,000
♥ 1,000 contributors @ $150 each = $150,000
♥ 1,500 contributors @ $100 each = $150,000
♥ 3,000 contributors @ $50 each = $150,000
♥ 6,000 contributors @ $25 each = $150,000
♥ 15,000 contributors @ $10 each = $150,000
♥ 150,000 contributors @ $1 each = $150,000
