Pain is not fun!

Hi, my name is Michelle, I am 33 years old and suffer from a rare, and as of yet unnamed auto immune disorder. This has resulted in constant pain in my hips and spinal column, then add this to the fact that I am a diabetic which has caused swelling in my feet, legs, arms and hands. I take many medications, some of witch are steroids, that make it difficult to achieve my weight loss goals. This disease has caused me to suffer varying degrees of kidney failure, which in turn prevents me from taking any number of medications that could relieve my pain. There is one thing that could help me though, an ADJUSTABLE BED. Do to my disability I have been unable to work and my effort to find ways to make an income I can earn from home have so far been unsuccessful. I have put a bed on layaway, but it could be more than a year before I can get it and so far, I have been turned down to get one through medical resources. I am hoping that with your help I will be able to reach my goal! I would so appreciate any help you could offer, more than words could say!!!! Thank you all for taking the time to read this!!!
