PACHA
new peruvian cuisine
The word Pacha means Earth in quechua. Pachamama is a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes. Pachamama is usually translated as Mother Earth, but a more literal translation would be Mother World. In Inca mythology, Pachamama is a fertility goddess who presides over planting and harvesting.
Our restaurant Pacha specializes in turning traditional Peruvian dishes into compassionate fine dining. Our food is one hundred percent plant-based, a concept never seen in Peruvian cuisine.
At this moment, Pacha only offers catering for events and personal dining. All the profit from our current business goes directly into investing on a restaurant location in the Los Angeles area. We are looking for a small real state that can provide a simple but elegant atmosphere to compliment our food.
We look forward to your donation to make this concept a reality.

Thank you Jim! It's great to meet other vegan peruvians! Please spread the word around about our fund!

If only you were in Chicago!! As I am sure you know, Peruvian restaurants are about as vegan friendly as Red Lobster, but yet my vegan Peruvian wife insists on dragging me out to Peruvian restaurants, where we fight and argue our way through the menu. If I eat another $20 plate of arroz chaufa, I will scream!! My wife has veganized everything from ceviche and lomo saltado to papas a la huancaina, arroz tapado and cau cau. :)
