Oak Park is an awesome community of extremely diverse and outspoken individuals, organizations, and cultures with one important thing in common….we love Oak Park.  Working hard together, dedicated to maintaining the character of our neighborhood as we bring new life and development and move into the future as a community together.

There is no better symbol of the Oak Park Community and the work we're doing than the central feature of our community, the reborn, rededicated McClatchy Park, the original Oak Park. The Oak Park Neighborhood Association has been at the heart of this movement and is especially proud to bring back our celebration of all that is Oak Park in a family event, a "Picnic In The Park".

A Time for our community to come together enjoy our park, shop our farmers market, use our world class skateboard park, our Disc golf, listen to music, watch dance, and performances, many by our community artists of note.  Throwing a party this size takes some real cash, which is why we are sending you this note. Asking you to please be a part of this fun project and donate, donate, donate!!!
