Honeymoon to build orangutan homes

Hi,

we have been married almost a year and never took a honeymoon, this year we decided to take a honeymoon and had originally decided on Japan. We had also decided this year as our business was going well in its 14th month of running that we wanted to use a portion of the profit to donate to a cause that supported the protection of orangutans and the rainforest a passion and interest of both of ours.

During the process of aligning our business to donate a portion of the profit to an organization to support the protection of orangutans we were introduced to Kodi from the documentary Rise of the Eco Warriors. 

Kodi told us that she is planning on taking a group into
Tembak in Borneo to raise awareness of the palm oil destruction and help with the protection of the orangutans and to support the remote villages in self-preservation. We are taking much needed funds that are used to educate the local villages on the destruction that palm oil causes, and to support the replanting of the rainforest.

We will be supporting the work of Dr Willie Smits  a rainforest inventor and the world’s most prominent protector of orangutans and their natural habitat.  He founded the Gibbon Foundation which provides ongoing support for Sintang orang-utan centre   in Borneo.

This project specifically is to build a new enclosure for the orangutans which costs $20 000 this is what we are hoping to achieve so share the love and support a great cause.

We would much rather take time to create amazing memories doing something that will benefit the world and we need a little help doing this!! We hope you can help us in having a honeymoon of a lifetime and to support change for the better.
