Founded in 2009, The Organization of Hope (OOH) is a service organization dedicated to enriching lives and improving communities throughout the Greater Washington/Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Our strategy is practical as well as dynamic. We believe in a hands-on approach, and offer highly-crafted, evidence-based programs and services to individual (and animals) in need. We engage in positive change, and truly believe in the power of hope. OOH’s goal is to re-build communities by making them stronger and more vibrant, and to instill hope in all we serve
The "Wilbert Williams- A Father's Love" Scholarship is funded by The Organization of hope and each recipient may use the scholarship for tuition at an accredited college or university and for other educational expenses, such as on-campus housing, a computer, and textbooks.
It is our endeavor to help youth who are excelling in academics, sports and community involvement in the often times, out of reach college college expenses. We, also want to help those graduating seniors who are the first in their immediate family to attend college.
