Crace dog is a little female maltese cross that has been living rough in construction sites in Crace since at least June 2014.
She fed off scraps left by tradies, but was impossible to approach. She would bolt and run as soon as anyone came close.
On the 13th March 2015 she was finally caught by the Canberra Lost Pet Database and Deanne. She entered a humane dog trap set out for her near one of the construction sites she was known to frequent.
While the search goes on to locate her original owners (if she had any) she does need vet car.
She has a lump in her groin which has been biopsied but will need to be removed. She also needs some teeth removed and to be desexed and vaccinated.
Just hours after being caught her personality came through and from being terrified of people she now does not want to be left alone even for a minute and craves cuddles and human company.
We are raising money to get her the vet care she needs to be a happy & healthy little dog.
