On Our Way Home

Hi, we're the Lockwalds and we are seeking your help to build ourselves a tiny house that we will take on the road to help homeless and at-risk GLBTQ folks build their own tiny homes.
We have always dreamt of starting a non-profit that would help homeless and at-risk GLBTQ folks build their own homes and gain access to any services that they may need. The more people that we share our passion with the more we find that this is something that is needed, and that there is a lot of support for us to get things going. While there is a lot of interest in following the project as it grows, we need some financial support to finish our house and getting the wheels turning (literally) for our non-profit, On My Way Home .
This is where you come in.
Every dollar you give will go towards the building of our house- which includes supplies and labor. We will be doing much of the building ourselves but will be hiring out services like electricians and plumbers. We have already found an indoor building site, which will allow us to build throughout tempermental Colorado weather and finish our build sooner as well.
Any money raised that exceeds our goal will fund the startup costs of establishing On My Way Home .
