Help me Get a Home

Hello I’m Christopher Hinchey I have  an incurable disorder Neurofibromatosis type 1,bipolar disorder, ADDHD, neural tube defect and bladder and bowel complications due to nerve damage. I am currently in the process of getting disability. The problem I am currently facing is that I am homeless and caught in a cycle of homeless until my Social Security Disabilty case moves forward.  Social Security need records no older then 3 months 

 I haven’t had insurance that my doctor accepted for a while so I haven’t been able to see them.
So I need some help getting a place where I can stay while I go back and forth to the doctor appoints and maybe even start Aqua Therapy so they can provide Social Security Disability with current and update to date records
