sierra vet bill fund

sierra is my very best friend,  her annual vet visit is coming up next month.  I struggle to save the money for her annual visit.  but recently I found a lump on her neck.  I have been freakin out about it.  I can handle the office visit and the shots.  but I cant handle the extra expense of the lump removal and then the biopsy of the lump.  I know it may be nothing, but what if its not.  what if its cancer.  sierra is only 7 and she is my very best friend. I cant imagine what I would do wihout her.  I want to be able to provide the best care for her possible.  I hate asking for money,  but I can see no other way.  I am disabled and I live on a very limited fixed income.  I dont know what else to say.  just that I love my dog very much and would be completely lost without her.  any help wild be appreciate.
