Medical Expense Fund for Stacey

To know Stacey is to love her! She is an amazing daughter, mother, sister, partner and friend. With her upbeat attitude, brilliant smile and infectious laugh, Stacey can’t help but brighten everyone’s day.

Stacey has been diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma at the base of her tongue and is currently undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatment. In order to fully concentrate on her treatment and healing, Stacey has taken a leave of absence from work. She has been employed at her current job for less than one year, so she is not eligible for her employer’s annual leave donation program or continued insurance coverage through her employer. Stacey is taking unpaid leave during her treatment and must access her health insurance benefits through COBRA, which is very expensive. With her positive outlook on life, Stacey knows she has this cancer beat! However, finances are her greatest concern at this time.
