Help get Obi-Wan better!

This week we discovered that our beloved Obi-Wan Pupobi has a mast cell tumor located on his knee. This type of tumor releases histamines that can cause a dog to go into anaphylactic shock, stomach ulcers, and many other side effects.
Right now, the next step for us is to get Obi an ultrasound to find out if he has any tumors internally. Next, he will need surgery to remove the tumor from his skin, with large margins. Our current vet has never done this type of procedure and can only refer us to a specialist.
We are currently in contact with a few different doctors, including a veterinary cancer specialist here in Portland.
However, before we even tackle this thing, the testing and consults are expensive and we have already accumulated vet bills.
If you can help us get Obi treated for his medical needs in any way, we would be so appreciative.
