Hello Family and Friends
WE ARE HEADING TO VALPO!!
We are very excited for this great group of guys! This team of 7/8th grade basketball players have been together as a team since the 4th grade- friends and classmates since 1/2nd grade. The players had a goal to win the L.E.S.T. ( Lutheran Elementary School Tournament) this February . For the first time in years they won this tournament and as a result have the opportunity to play in the LUTHERAN NATIONAL TOURNAMENT in Valparaiso Indiana March 19th - 22nd 2015.
We have little time and are asking your support to help defray some of the cost of this trip and make it more manageable for each family. The cost for each player / coach to attend the Valpo Tournament is roughly $900 a piece. A total of $9000 would cover air fare, van rental, hotel, and food for five days for the team.
