Morogoro Children's Fund

The Morogoro Children's Fund is a non-profit organization run by the College of Charleston's Teaching Fellows in Charleston, SC. These students, along with faculty support, raise money for students at the Msamvu "A" Primary School in Morogoro, Tanzania. As a fundraising group, our goal is to raise $9,000, which will fund a sustainable project that would help develop a vegetable garden in an urban school, renovate a cafeteria/hall, give 400 children 2 meals a day and employ 2 women.  As an organization, our goal is to reach out to these students across the world by reaching out to students at the College of Charleston and the community to raise awareness for the cause. By reaching our goal of $9,000, we will succesfully support these students who are in need.
