New wheelchair for England goal

For those of you that done know me my name is Jonathan bolding. At the age of 2 I was diagnosed with a condition called CENTRAL CORE MYOPATHY which is a rare conditon that effects the muscles in my body. 

Around 12 years ago I found a sport called Powerchair football in which would change the rest of my life. This sport has allowed me to do some many things I would never have been able to do so without it. 

I am currently the England Powerchair football captain and led my team to two finals in the previous World Cup and European competition.

My goal is to raise £6000 in order for me to purchase a new wheelchair to help my goal of being in the england team next year for the World Cup.

I am looking for any donations from As little as £1 to make my dream happen.
