Marlon Velarde's Cancer treatment

My brother-in-law,Marlon Velarde is from the Philippines, a 29-year old father with Stage 4 Colon Cancer that has spread to his small intestines, bladder and several lymph nodes in the body. Latest tests show that the fluid taken out of his heart has cancer cells also, so the doctors concluded that the cancer must be present already in all major organs of the body. He has also undergone four surgeries in two years, and is now in the hospital to help control complications. But he still wants to live for his one year old daughter and his wife.
