North Ferriby Stadia Improvement Project
The club’s ‘go fund me’ site aims to generate funding toward much needed stadia facilities at the Eon Visual Media stadium for the benefit of supporters, visitors and the local community as a whole.
The stadium acts as a hub for Ferriby’s ongoing community and volunteering activities as well as staging its senior team matches and coaching for circa 300 youth players.
Why is this campaign important?
The additional club room will provide a community centre for local people. It will be a great space where meetings, functions, teaching, social events and volunteering activities can take place. The room will not just be open on match days therefore, but seven days a week!
With visitor numbers ever increasing, the availability of additional toilets and another catering facility is much needed and will vastly improve the matchday experience for everyone. Indeed, the replacement of old seating and an increase in the number available is already giving many more supporters a vastly improved experience.
What needs to be done?
Our stadia improvement project aims to provide:
· A new second storey club room.
· New toilets and a catering outlet for the stand
side of the ground.
· 500 new seats (completed).
· A new garage/equipment store.
* Additional turnstiles for the stand side of the
ground (completed).
How can you help?
By supporting this project you will be helping us make a real difference in the local community. You will enable us to sustain and expand on our immensely successful volunteering projects. Make no mistake, by pledging to our fundraising campaign you’ll be directly helping us deliver lasting community benefits that will make a real difference to local people, supporters and visitors alike!
How will your donation be recognised?
Every pledge will be acknowledged on a ‘wall of appreciation’ to be installed within the clubhouse lobby.
For those donating £100 to £250, we will also extend an invitation to have your picture taken in front of the main stand with either our team manager Billy Heath or a player of your choice.
If your generosity extends above £250, we will (in addition to above) offer you with two tickets to a league game of your choice with seating reserved within the director’s box.
For pledges over £1000 we will additionally provide an individual commemorative plaque on our ‘wall of appreciation’.
