Ray's Rehab

Our good friend Ray Forsythe, an excellent father, former athlete, community-minded citizen, UCF alum, and overall great guy was recently struck by a serious hemmorragic stroke. The stroke has caused temporary paralysis of his right arm and leg as well as speech difficulty all of which will require extensive physical therapy to try and correct. Although he has insurance, medical and rehabilitation charges are still going to be in the hundreds of thousands and Ray isn't currently able to work. A lot of people have asked Ray and his family what they can do to help, so we've started this fund so friends can donate to help defray some of the costs. Ray is the primary provider for his big, beautiful family so these are challenging times ahead.

Ray and his family can certainly use your financial support, but there are several in-kind support items such as portable ramps, and other rehab equipment, etc., that they can use if you have the means or contacts to provide them. All monies collected go directly to the family to help pay the medical bills, which we're sure they will appreciate immensely.

We are sure many of you have been touched in a positive way by Ray's generous spirit and now is your chance to extend him some kindness.  Anything is appreciated. And, of course, keep your positive thoughts, prayers and well wishes coming to help Ray and his family through this challenging time.
