Netter's Legacy

Netter has been omnipresent at Mount Vernon City Schools for three decades.  After 35 years, she is hanging up the whistle.  Although she will never truly "leave" the Mount Vernon City School system, Netter should be honored for her legacy.  A true Yellow Jacket, she had dedicated her career to over 12,000 students and thousands of athletes.  To show her how much we love her, let's raise money for the stadium where she has spent so many days and nights.  Netter's Legacy should reflect the love she has for the community, families and students.  

Never one for a lot of attention, Netter does not want a retirement party.  Although we are respecting her wishes, our wish for her is to have this project funded in her honor.  We felt a true testament to her impact would be $1 for every student who came into her gym.
