Help pay for my wife's diagnosis

My wife is suffering from an auto immune disorder. We have tried many treatment options and have finally found a doctor who thinks he can help . He does not accept insurance. So we are trying to find the funds for the diagnostics. She is a wonderful mother to two great kids and much too young to be dealing with her body failing her. Please help.
