Please help Oscar with FHO surgery

Please help my pug Oscar, who will be 8 month old next week. He is really a great companion. very friendly, energetic, and playful. However, he just broke his femoral head bone (hip) by fell off from the stairs when he was running around this morning. The vet said that a FHO surgery needs to be done as soon as possible. But I can't afford the cost of the surgery and the post-care. I know that I could surrender him to rescues or put him to sleep. But I love him and I don't want to take those options. Anyone of you could help me out a little bit would be very appreciated.
