Naomi Marrow Memorial Stage

A thing of beauty is a joy for ever:
Its lovliness increases; it will never
Pass into nothingness; but still will keep
A bower quiet for us, and a sleep
Full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing.
-John Keats
Naomi Marrow inspired generations of children and adults to follow their hearts and make theatre a permanent part of their lives. She taught us all that good enough isn't good enough, inspiring us to reach higher and work harder in every facet of life.
Naomi leaves a lasting impact with her comapny, Backstage Productions, which will continue to bring the gift of theatre to our community. Her legacy lives on with her children, grandchildren, and with every parent, child, and audience member who walked through the doors of Backstage.
Backstage made its home throughout the years in libraries, churches, Naomi's living room, and neighborhood club houses, eventually finding a beautiful partnership with the Olive Branch Church. It was always a dream of Naomi's, Pastor Ron's, and now Pastor Richard's, to build a stage for Backstage there. Now, in memory of Naomi, she and her family request that in lieu of flowers, those who wish should contribute to this fund to make the Naomi Marrow Memorial Stage at the Olive Branch Church a reality.
We appriciate every ounce of love and support that Naomi's "village" has provided during this time of difficult change. We love you all and we'll see you soon.
"Happiness is coming home again."
