As most of you know one of ours needs our help. He is family to all of us. For those of you that do not know Steve but are here to help the cause, we thank you. He is in the hospital in Houston, TX. He is suffering from heart failure which led to organ failure. He had to be resuscitated twice. He is heavily sedated and has been hooked up to an "external heart". He is in stable but critical condition. Everything we have heard so far from the doctors has been positive but they are cautiously optimistic. Steve served our country honorably in the United States Air Force and he continues to serve our country as an air traffic controller in the Federal Aviation Administration. He is a proud father, an amazing person, and a great friend to so many of us. Steve has a long road ahead of him and there are a lot of people out there that are willing to do anything they can to help him and his family out. His family is here in Houston from out of town staying in hotels and the hospital. We would like to relieve some of the stress that they are going through right now by helping them pay for their lodging, food, and anything else they might need. The cost will continue to rise the longer that they have to stay here in Houston. After Steve has recovered from this, there will be more bills to face. We will cross that bridge when we get there but all of your donations will go to Steve and his family to make their lives a little easier. Thank you so much for your support. Keep the prayers coming.
