(S)miles for Freya
Donation protected
I'm going to attempt running 26.2 miles a day for the next two weeks, starting 30 March 2015, for a brave little girl, Freya Bevan, whose story you can read below. I am not in the best shape I've been in in the last few years and have no idea how this will go but I do know I will give it my best shot and your donations are going to motivate me and, more importantly, help Freya.
FREYA'S STORY
Freya Bevan is a beautiful 2 year old little girl from Neath who was diagnosed with a P.N.E.T Brain Tumour in May of last year. She has gone through two life threatening operations and had countless cycles of Chemotherapy.
Even though she is so young Freya has fought her illness with tremendous courage and despite at times, being in horrendous pain she continues to amaze those around her with her determination.
She is currently receiving private treatment in the USA as it is not available in the UK. This treatment has not yet been paid for though and there is still nearly £200000 to be raised.
You can donate on this page and I will pay over or straight to Freya's fund here but if you do that please let me know so I can thank you myself.
I appreciate that this is just one request for sponsors amongst many but I hope you agree it is a good cause and would like to thank you for sparing the time to read at least and ask you if you could please share at a minimum. I will keep you all updated on my progress. It will be slow.....
