Love Family Relief

My Uncle Bill died very recently. My cousin Brian paid the taxes on his house so we wouldn't lose it, and I used all my income tax money on remodel materials to repair the home due to it being ran down. I also recently got laid off from work and have been trying to support two children by waitressing 3 nights per week. By my paying for the remodel, I could live there rent free.
I knew my landlord was trying to sell the property as soon as I moved, so I decided I was going to try and move anyway to make it easier on her, and because the place was just too small. I gave my 30 days notice so she could go ahead and put the house on the market. February 28th, 2015 was my official last day for me to be in the house.
I was supposed to be moving into my uncle's house, but unfortunately all of the remodel materials have been stolen except the kitchen cabinets, which were stored on a back room, and some plywood in the living room. Everything, including my daughters birthday gifts were taken.. I'm asking for help so I can finish my uncle's home, and my children and I will not be homeless for her 13th birthday.
