Sirius Black has a blockage

Donation protected
I adopted Sirius a little over a year ago when he was a teeny tiny kitten. A few days ago he came down with a urethral blockage. I took him in for care, and everything seemed to go just fine. Earlier today I took him home and he just wasn't himself. Understandable give what he had gone through, so I let him hide in my room to recover. He started howling and licking himself and I knew something was wrong. I brought him back and he had reblocked. The only thing to do now is get him a Perinial Urethrostomy, a surgery that will allow him to urinate properly. He's still a baby and I just can't bear to see him suffering like this. The bills are steep, though, and I just can't do it without some help.

Edit: Sirius passed away this morning. He had a urinary blockage which the vet cleared, but it came back as soon as he got home. They tried to unblock again but couldn't due to damage from the first catheter. The location of the damage prevented them from doing surgery. He was only 17 months old... I miss him already. Letting him go was the hardest decision I've ever made. I held him in my arms as he passed and I feel absolutely miserable. There's still a considerable bill left behind that's just a bit more than I can deal with right now, and I've changed the goal to reflect that
