My name is Mykala A. Godiss, I became an amputee on Nov 15, 2014, from an injury I suffered from walking. I have been a powerwalker for the last 5 years.
Right now I live most of my life behind my walker, and when I go out I use a wheelchair. I'm trying to live as much of a normal life as possible, and trust me, it ain't Easy. At the end of each day I am totally exhausted from pushing myself around.
I Survived the Amputation, the toughest thing that I have ever faced in my Life.
Now I face this new Challenge. I have been turned down by 4 different programs from Jan - June. It is too expensive to finance a prosthetic on my own, so I am asking for your Help.
I need to raise $25,000 for a K3 Level prosthetic leg. With it I will be able to get back to an active life.

I can't spend the rest of my life using a walker and wheelchair to get around, I Need To Walk Again. I Need My Independence and Life Back. There is so much to live for.
