Autism Golden retriever helper

Anthony is his name he is 3 years old . At 2 we found out my little buddy was autistic and his behavior was not normal:( We adjusted to his burst but the running into the streets when we are at the park , store you have to be ready, scares me. A service dog will help with emotion , behavior. Please help with anything. We have 2 other kids. Need your assistance and help.
