HELP send Central Brooklyn to DUBAI

From April 1-4, 2015, Dubai will be hosting the 5th Annual International Super Cup, an opportunity for elite youth soccer teams from around the world to meet and compete against one another. The Super Cup goes beyond sport, providing youth from around the world with a chance to connect off the field, and learn about an ancient culture that has transformed into a global business hub- expanding their understanding of global cultures and communities. Only a handful of teams from the United States have participated in this event in the past, and we seek to provide the young athletes from our team, Central Brooklyn Soccer Club with this unique and valuable opportunity. 

Central Brooklyn Soccer Club, comprised of 40 kids from various neighborhoods of Brooklyn will be the first all-black, inner-city team to compete and we will need your help to make this a reality. With your support, these youth athletes will gain access to an opportunity typically afforded to youth from affluent neighborhoods. In attending the International Super Cup, we provide, to Central Brooklyn Soccer Club, a chance to expand their cultural awareness and interaction. Competing in the International Super Cup will also impact our youth athletes in the long term, getting them one step closer to acquiring scholarships towards college and to reinforcing the benefits of teamwork, cooperation, and global understanding.

To make this a reality, we seek to raise $20,000. Your donation will cover: airfare, hotel accommodations, registration fee, and cultural tours which include museums, restaurants, amusement parks, etc. Any denomination will be greatly appreciated. This is a gift that keeps on giving.
