My wife is in coma, 2 brain surgery

My wife was going to work and hit by an uninsured driver. Caused both arteries on back of head to be damaged, causing massive strokes to both sides of brain. Surgery removed 3/4ths of the cerebellum brain. Also has 2 broken ribs and is now in an unresponsive coma. Need help with bills and long term help with therapy and care.
