My rights as a father

Hello my name is Chris, I am 34, and a father of 2 girls. Ill keep it short for the intro and explain in more detail below. I am asking for you help to raise money for court cost and attorney's fees to obtain partial custody of my 5 month old daughter Anya.


More detail below:
The reason I am asking for help is Anya's grandfather (on her mothers side) is a family law attorney with tons of experience on my own I don't stand a chance.
I am as active as possible in Anya's life, I see her 3 times during the week to care for her, and put her to bed. Saturdays I usually get several hours with her.

I work a 9 to 5 and provide everything she needs but that does not leave me much left over to save towards the attorney and court fees.

We are going to court because Anya's mom and I simply can't agree on a parenting plan. I am as flexible as possible and have no problem paying child support in addition to everything else she needs. However I don't feel its right to have no say so over how and when I get to see her or what activities I get to do with her. The holidays are fast approaching and I want to know that I will be able to spend time with both of my girls.

I grew up without a father I know how important men are to a child. Being a dad is one of the greatest joys I have. Its truly one of the biggest blessings in my life, I love my daughters they make me a better man. Please help me, feel free to ask me anything and I will respond.
