The Michigan Women Golf Association (MWGA) supports golf programs for females--from young girls to senior women. As an organization, we are committed to supporting, mentoring and encouraging all members.
Over the years our accomplishments have been many-- for example, sponsoring women golf summits, partnering with other women's organizations and golf associations, such as GAM (Golf Association of Michigan) and USGA (United States Gof Association), and receiving recognition by Golf for Women's magazine as one of the most impactful women's organizations in the country.
MWGA offers on-going skills and rules clinics and highly valued and successful junior and girl's golf programs. We support and encourage our most skilled golfers, enabling them to compete nationally. For this organization to grow and stay strong, we must continue our work. Changing lives, encouraging discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship may not be qualities that initially come to mind when one hears the word 'golf', but in fact, that's exactly what hundreds of women have received from the game and the Michigan Women's Golf Association.
Now, approaching its 30th Anniversary, the MWGA needs your help. Currently, we are facing an $8,000 deficit. Please consider assisting us in our endeavors going forward by making a donation in any amount. Your donation, no matter how small, helps. Keep in mind that MWGA is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization and, therefore, donations are 100% tax deductible. We sincerely thank you for your assistance in assuring our future.
