The first pageant created by and for transgender men is coming to Seattle THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2015 at Kremwerk! Inspired by Murray Hill's pageants held in San Francisco and New York City, Yani Robinson and Braedyn Ezra are proud to be presenting Seattle's own version of this celebration of new masculinity. KREMWERK* will be hosting the pageant, featuring 6-10 local transgender men competing for the title of "Mr. Trans Seattle 2015" in three categories:
Swim Wear, Talent, and Evening Wear.

- Blonde Bombshell ("She Owns Everything") Nicole Stone

**Unfortunately, KREMWERK is a 21+ club, is not scent-free, and requires entrance down a flight of stairs. If you have any accommodation requests, contact us at [email redacted] and we will do our best to meet them.

Everyone participating is doing so on a volunteer basis, and we couldn't be more thankful for the contributions that each and every one of them are making towards the success of this event.
- MEET THE MAN IN NEED! -
Braedyn Ezra is the co-producer of Mr. Trans Seattle 2015. He left Phoenix, Arizona at 23 to begin his transition, hoping to find a more supportive community in Seattle. He currently works two jobs on Capitol Hill but has found himself more in need than ever.
Your donation to this cause will mean Braedyn can move forward in living as his most authentic self and inspiring others to do the same.
Creating a safe, positive space for transgender men to show off their beautiful bodies and talent in all of their unique forms and ways and inspiring others to come out, connect, and share their stories, this event is about raising awareness of transgender people and their contributions to our community.
Braedyn created the following video to document his physical transition and promote this event.
We are setting the fundraising goal for $5,000. This will help cover the costs of surgery with Dr. Mangubat ($7,500), loss of income with approximately one month to fully recover, and gofundme/credit card processing fees (3% per transaction, 5% of total funds raised). Any money raised over the amount needed will go towards funding the beneficiary of our next Trans-focused event (yes, there will be more!)
CLARIFICATION OF REWARD LEVELS:
- The event posters will be signed by Braedyn and/or the judges and given to you upon entry into the event.
- Your mixtape will be uploaded online and a link emailed to you for easy downloading.
- Your concert date with Braedyn will be pending availability, and he says chances are it will involve some sweaty dancing to a band you've probably never heard of!
- Decoupaged items will be done based on a consulation with whatever you have to work with or you can leave it up to Braedyn's creative prowess to decide. His previous works include a coffee table covered in "Our Bodies, Ourselves" book pages, end tables featuring random magazine images, and a bookshelf done with event posters. Talk about conversation pieces!
**EVERY LEVEL ABOVE VIP WILL INCLUDE A SINGLE TICKET ADMISSION INTO THE EVENT!
*If you are non-local, cannot attend, and wish to donate, Braedyn will be offering a hand-written thank you note if you include your address with donation.
