Welcome to the GoFundMe.org webpage of building a small lucrative business, non-profit/charity and relief organization all in one business. I wish to help create a prototype of a part of the restaurant industry that would make it much cheaper for the ones that are less fortunate to start there own business anywhere. I love to make people smile with good products and helping others is half the battle, but the friendships are priceless!!

Safety First can't be expressed enough!! Whenever we are talking about opening any business in the United States dealing with edible merchandise, this automatically throws up a Red Flag and puts this in question for any consumer. Does this restaurant have the proper credentials to run as a legal entity? Does the business have the proper paperwork from the Federal, State and Local authorities entitling them to serve the general public with edible merchandise? Many questions will be brought to the occasion that we must all abide by with strict guidelines that makes not only the business more reputable and trustworthy, but a fortress for new people that are wanting to run a small business that can be family run as well to present a great end result when managed correctly. This way we can guarantee success as I have seen done in the past with other operations similar to this project.

I have been in the restaurant industry for a period of 20+ years and would now like to go in another direction to see about getting this opportunity started in some way shape or form. Being unemployed doesn't really help me much at this point, however it seems that most people are wanting to be independent these days and that includes myself. My idea is pretty simple but the hardest part is the labor trying to get everything put together into a working form.

The specialty at this point in time is to start a pizza/catering business with a twist. Building an oven and not purchasing one that can cost hundreds even thousands of dollars that we don't have to start this business venture in less time than it would take with the proper capital and funding. Storage for food , beverages and other miscellaneous items needed to stay under watch due to Health Department and Code Restrictions. I have made some prototype blueprints and would like to get this started.

Of course I will be looking for other people who would want to collaborate with me on this so that this operation can get lifted up into existence without a hitch. Of course it sounds easier said than done, but I think this can be a lucrative business that can be reconciled with to make a good living off of as well as meeting new and interesting people.


Planned ventures are in the makes as well as a non-profit organization or charity to help a small business worthy of being legitimate. This can also turn out to be a business that can benefit the less fortunate of the world by organizing a relief operation by helping those pursue the life after a disaster such as what mother natures presents us with everyday as a relief organization that can assist in helping people after tragic times in and throughout life.

As mentioned when I look at this operation I think that this really can give me a life. and provide other families with help to keep there families solid. Of course communication is still key to any process.

These are just some of the items that are the big ticket items that will be needed to get things off to a big running start. I will be adding more as we start this venture to put this business to work. Since I have started.


Note: All prices in inventory are rough estimated prices done without research. As we move along this project, we will gradually adjust pricing if it accommodates for a quicker ROI.

Things to do:
1.) Name of this project is New York Style Mobile Pizza but a few other names need to be created to name the business, the non-profit or charity and relief organization.
2.) As items are added, the cutting costs process is also stated to make start-up costs cheaper and less time consuming. This way we can get operations up and running in less than the allotted amount of time needed.
3.) To cut even more costs we have eliminated renting of a business space that can drive overhead through the ceiling and that can spell failure. This way we are able to invest more into the project and get more in return. This is the key to this business and can be the real story towards starting this successful project. The idea of where we are going to make dough and prep items is all done in house.
4.) Portable sink structure with fixtures and water flow system to be installed. (added 1/24/14)

5.) Utensils and a miscellaneous list of particular items that will be acquired for operations to be in a productive manner will be posted for reference.

6.) Also to be added will be a list of some of the item(s) that can be purchased used to also provide cost cutting. After purchases are complete, items will be prepped for use for the project.

As of this overview writing, the total costs of the project so far is around $1,892.00 without cutting costs and everything brand spanking new. However we have managed to cut costs so far by about $200.00 or more of course in small increments you will start to figure out the project from the front door to the back door.
