About the non profit
Our military veterans sacrifice so much for all of us. They sacrifice time with their families, they sacrifice their health and well-being, and many pay the ultimate sacrifice with their lives both during and after their time served.
Pule O Ikaika Ohana is a veteran owned nonprofit instructional production house that seeks to help heal our veterans by providing a community space where they can learn new skills in the fields of media and technology hands on in our productions, as well as have the chance to create works of their own with our support and those of their peers.
About the production
MK Incursions is our first mixed media instructional series, based primarily off Marvel and Mortal Kombat characters. (All copyrights and intellectual properties are owned by the respective companies that own the Marvel and Mortal Kombat franchises. No money is being made from this production. It is strictly for instructional and non profit purposes only.)
Moving forward, what's planned for the rest of production will not only need more of special effects makeup, but now will also require costuming, prosthetic work, equipment to work in the 3D animation and design fields, and much more.
We are in the middle of this instructional series already. The majority of the production will be happening in May 2020 with the rest happening throughout the year, and we need your help to finish! Our non profit is still relatively new and is unable to cover a good majority of the funds needed.
