Mary J Skarra's Library Bench

Mary Skarra passed away on Saturday, August 29th. She was a life-long lover of books, nature, travel, and good people. Much of her life was spent working as a librarian at Mesa Public Library. Her friends and family would like to place a memorial bench in her honor in front of the new White Rock Branch of Mesa Public Library in White Rock, New Mexico. Donations for the bench would be greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
Mary Skarra's celebration of life party will be held at her house in Los Alamos, NM on Sunday, September 20th beginning at 1 pm. Please join us in celebrating her ribald, adventurous, empathetic nature. All are welcome.
