Why: God has given me a heart for hurting children ... capturing people and events through photography... and Africa. I am seeking a way to put them all together. So...
Where: For 10 days I'm going to visit...

Amazima Ministries, Uganda, Africa
Made in the Streets, Kenya, Africa
(And possibly some other ministries while there.)
My prayer is to find a place to spend extended time serving and learning in Africa. This trip is to help me explore and hopefully find that place.
Who: My dad, Barry Wingfield, is going with me on this Africa tour. While in Uganda, he'll be consulting and teaching with faculty from Uganda Christian University as one of several represtatives from John Brown University where he is an Associate Professor of Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy.
Cost: I'm raising money for my flights, travel and housing, food for both of us, and pre trip medical costs and other necessary travel expenses. (The flights are about two thirds of the money I'm raising.)
