please help lay my brother to rest

Our family is deeply hurt We were notified last night Feb 14 2015 by sheriff's that my brother was killed by hit n run on L-35th west in lancaster. Who ever did this just left him there dying alone in the street. We are asking for any help at all so we can lay him to rest. If you have any info in this please contact lancaster sheriff station.
