Homes For Our Troops

Mint Hill Soccer Pre-Challenge Soccer teams are teaming up with Homes For Our Troops to raise money for a local Hero, Marine Corporal Garretett J. Carnes. Garrett lost both legs after stepping on a an IED while on patrol with the 3rd Battalion Third Marines in Khan-Neshin, Helmand Province, Afghanistan on Feb. 19, 2012.  Home For Our Troops will be building a new home for Garrett, his wife Courtney and their baby boy Chase adapted to Garrett's needs.
